Robin Hughes
Local Resident and Local Campaigner for the communities of King Arthurs Way, Kingsway Gardens, Caerleon Drive, Gwaine Close, Meliot Rise, Ryan Close, Cricketers Way, Swallowfields, Roman Way, Viking Way, Lillywhite Crescent, Loveridge Close, Augusta Park, Enham Alamein, Little London, Smannell and Finkley.
Robin is an Andover resident who is married and lives with his family on King Arthurs Way. He was educated at the Andover Secondary Boys School, Andover and Cricklade College Andover. Robin has a BEng (Hons) degree in Electronic Engineering. Robin has worked locally in education and the defence industry. For thirteen years, 1994 to 2007 he was a Test Valley Borough Councillor and from 2005 till 2009 a Hampshire County Councillor representing the area where he lives. Robin is still active campaigner in the community as the Chairman of the Alamein Community Association. He is also the Chair of Governors at Knights Enham Junior School.
